Now that we have this pandemic thing going on, I have finally decided to start with road trips in India itself. Here goes my first road trip to Daspalla and Phulbani today.
We left home at around 4.45am and reached Bhubaneswar at 5.15pm after a lot of photo, video and drone sessions, along with lunch breakfast breaks too.
I took my BMW s1000rr PRO for this roadtrip. It was painful, yet beautiful 🙂
And our route was : Google Maps Route
Bhonsor >> Khurda >> Baghamari >> Gania >> Daspalla >> Phulbani Ghati
While returning : Google Maps Route
Phulbani Ghati >> Daspalla >> Gania >> Charbatia >> Badamba >> Tigiria >> Ansupa >> Bhonsor
If you are ok to ride the same route twice, then I would suggest using the 2nd route option and avoid going through the Khurda route, that route was a mess with 100s of speed breakers.
Total was 402km round trip.
We reached home at around 5.15pm. Full vlog of this road trip, you may watch it on Youtube.com/odiatoka
Here are the detailed vlogs from the road trip :
And now some of the aerial photos, all of them were shot on DJI MAVIC 2 Pro with ND8 filter on in DNG format and then edited on Adobe Lightroom with my own preset.
Here are some of my pictures from the road trip, so you know, who was riding and getting the pictures 🙂
