I started with services in India. IT outsourcing, web development, app development, design. Clients came and went, teams grew and collapsed, and I learned what actually holds a service business together.
Then I built an internet service provider. Physical infrastructure, subscriptions, churn, support at scale. The hardest business I have run and the one that taught me the most about operations.
Along the way: e-commerce and dropshipping, physical retail in superbike and supercar accessories, digital products, affiliate marketing, and nine years building an audience with brand partnerships attached to it.
All of them are still running. These are not stories from a decade ago. They are businesses I operate today.
